Counseling for Non-Monogamous and Neurodivergent Relationships
Support for partners and individuals navigating the emotional, relational, and identity-level complexities of non-monogamy and neurodivergence.
Let’s make space for who you actually are.
Who are you looking to support?
You’ve probably spent a lot of your life adapting to systems, expectations, or people that just don’t get you … and it’s exhausting.
You’re not broken.
There’s nothing wrong with who you are.
You’re here because you want something better: clarity, connection, self-trust, and relationships that feel fulfilling.
Questions About Working Together
If you’re unsure about starting counseling, you’re not alone. These are some questions people often ask before reaching out.
-
Absolutely not. The goal of our work together is to support your authenticity and autonomy, not change who you are. We’ll slow things down, figure out what matters most to you, and move forward in a way that fits your life.
-
Yes! I have worked with a range of non-monogamous relationship styles, including polyamorous, open, and sexually exploratory dynamics. Whether you’re navigating an established structure or exploring something new, we can work through it together.
-
Not at all. A formal diagnosis can be important in some contexts, like pursuing medication, but it isn’t required to begin counseling. We can explore how your brain works and what support looks like from wherever you are.
-
Definitely. Many of the people I work with identify within the LGBTQ community. You’re welcome to show up fully as yourself without having to filter or defend who you are.
