Empowering Your Path to Wellness
About Me
As a neurodivergent counselor, I get it—life can be overwhelming sometimes. Whether it’s navigating sensory overload, challenging self-talk, or just trying to make sense of your emotions, I’m here to help. My approach is all about creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no judgment, just compassion. We’ll work together to break free from those negative thoughts and find real strategies that fit your life.
I’m also a proud LGBTQIA+ ally, and I’m deeply committed to supporting people from all walks of life. I believe everyone deserves a space where they can be seen, heard, and understood—especially those who may feel left out or excluded by society. If you’re someone who hasn’t always felt fully embraced, I’m here to create that safe space for you.
I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern in the state of Florida. In accordance with Florida Law, I operate under the supervision of a Licensed Qualified Supervisor.
How I Work
In our sessions, I focus on creating a warm and welcoming virtual environment where you can take things at your own pace. We’ll dig into what’s going on for you, figure out what’s working and what’s not, and come up with practical tools to help you navigate it all. I take a holistic approach, so we’ll look at your whole self—strengths, struggles, and everything in between. Whether you’re neurodivergent, facing relationship struggles, or dealing with life’s challenges, I’m here to help you build resilience, confidence, and authenticity.
Life Outside Counseling
When I’m not working, I’m at home with my husband and our three rescue cats in Parrish, Florida. I love spending time in my cozy home library with a good book, and crocheting brings me a sense of calm. Rainy days are my perfect excuse to enjoy a scary movie or relax with a cup of tea. I’m passionate about traveling, learning from new cultures, and embracing both quiet moments and new adventures.
