Relationship Support
In addition to traditional couples therapy, I specialize in supporting neurodiverse relationships where ADHD, Autism, or other neurological differences influence communication and connection. ADHD Coaching
In ADHD coaching, we work together to identify the specific areas where ADHD has felt most challenging—whether it's time management, task organization, emotional regulation, or other everyday hurdles. Life Coaching:
