Unlocking Your Potential and Finding Your Flow

Living with ADHD can often feel like your mind is constantly racing, bouncing from one thought to the next, and struggling to stay focused. You may find yourself overwhelmed by distractions, disorganized, or forgetting tasks, making it hard to get things done. I understand this challenge firsthand—because I have ADHD too.

ADHD isn’t just about being distracted or disorganized. It’s a complex neurological condition that affects how we process information, manage time, and regulate emotions. I’ve lived through it, and I know how frustrating it can be when people misunderstand or downplay what you’re going through. But it doesn’t have to control your life. With the right tools and strategies, you can thrive with ADHD.

What ADHD Coaching Can Do for You

In our ADHD coaching sessions, we’ll work together to create strategies that respect the way your brain works, rather than fighting against it. This is about embracing your ADHD and finding ways to work with it—so you can achieve your goals without feeling overwhelmed or burnt out.

We’ll tackle challenges like:

  • Time Management: Learn techniques to overcome "time blindness" and develop systems that help you manage your schedule effectively.

  • Task Prioritization: Break down large tasks into manageable steps and focus on what’s most important, so you can avoid procrastination and follow through.

  • Staying Organized: Find systems that work for you to keep things organized—whether it's your physical space, your calendar, or your to-do list.

  • Focus and Attention: Discover practical tools for minimizing distractions and staying on task, even when your mind wants to wander.

  • Goal Setting: Set realistic, achievable goals and break them into smaller, actionable steps to make progress and build momentum.

This isn’t therapy—it’s a collaborative coaching experience. As your coach, I’ll provide you with personalized strategies to help you build on your strengths, develop new skills, and tackle ADHD-related challenges head-on.

How I’m Qualified to Help You

I bring a combination of professional training and lived experience to ADHD coaching. Here’s how I’m uniquely qualified to support you:

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling: My education provides a solid foundation in understanding the psychological aspects of ADHD and other related conditions.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education: I have a deep understanding of how ADHD impacts learning, productivity, and personal growth.

  • Personal Experience with ADHD: As someone with ADHD, I’ve navigated many of the same challenges—whether it's managing distractions, dealing with time management, or finding focus. I bring firsthand experience to our work together, so I can empathize with what you're going through and help you find solutions that work for YOU.

  • Training in Executive Functioning Disorders: I’ve received specialized training in understanding and supporting individuals with ADHD and other executive functioning challenges. This training helps me develop customized strategies to improve organizational skills, time management, and emotional regulation.

Please note: While I offer coaching to help you navigate ADHD-related challenges, I am not qualified to prescribe medication or conduct formal assessments for diagnosis. If you're seeking a formal diagnosis or medication recommendations, I can refer you to a qualified healthcare provider.

Why ADHD Coaching is Different from Therapy

While therapy is focused on emotional and psychological healing, ADHD coaching is about building practical skills to help you manage the day-to-day challenges that come with ADHD. We’ll focus on finding actionable solutions, building routines that work for you, and setting up systems that help you stay on track. The goal is to empower you with the tools and confidence you need to thrive in your personal and professional life.

What You Can Expect from ADHD Coaching

  • Personalized Strategies: We’ll tailor every strategy to fit your unique needs, strengths, and challenges. No cookie-cutter solutions here—this is all about what works for YOU.

  • Collaborative Approach: You’re the expert on your life. I’m here to guide you and provide support, but together, we’ll figure out the best approach for managing your ADHD.

  • Accountability and Motivation: Regular check-ins will help you stay on track and motivated as you implement new strategies and achieve your goals.

  • Practical Tools: I’ll share a variety of tools and techniques, including time management apps, prioritization methods, and ways to structure your environment to reduce distractions.
